  • Growing Instructions 

    • Sow seeds outdoors as soon as soil can be worked in the Spring  

    • Seeds will germinate in 5-10 days.  

    • Keep planting in two-week intervals for a continuous harvest  

    • Rows should be 20-24" apart, with 2” in between seeds, planted ½" deep  

    • Ready to harvest in approximately 60-65 days

  • Seed Saving 

    • When seed spikes are dry on the plant, cut and place in a paper bag to dry  

    • After two weeks, or once seeds are completely dry, rub the seed spikes to loosen the seeds  

    • Seeds should be stored in a cool, dry place and are viable for up to four years
