Event Details

Family members will receive emotional support and education enabling them to better understand and manage Alzheimer's disease. Caregiver Support Group: Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center (ADRC) is a Long Island-based social service agency that works with families impacted by Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia.
