Irene Morgan is back! Join her virtually a she teaches you how to create a wonderful fresh flower arrangement via a pre-recorded YouTube video.

Kits can be picked up at the library on Mon., December 14th from 10am-6pm.

December Project: Holiday - Registration begins December 1. A link to view the YouTube tutorial will be emailed to all registrants 24 hours prior to the start  of the program.
