Not seeing a book available in our collection? Submit a book request!

Please note the following: 

  • Books owned by other libraries in Suffolk County can be requested by placing a hold

  • Books that are available in Nassau County, but not owned by Suffolk County, can be requested through LI Link 

  • The Library only purchases books that are peer reviewed in a professional journal

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee that the book will be added to the collection 

  • If we are able to purchase the book, a confirmation email will be sent
