Concrete has been poured for the foundation of the expansion off the front side of the building. Elevator work continues, as well as work on the fire sprinkler system. Renovation of the existing main floor and mezzanine is well underway as well. The building is open during construction, using our existing children’s department as an “Express Library” space for all users. Come in and visit, use a computer, attend an in-person program, or check out your next favorite movie or book to read. Unvaccinated visitors are required to wear masks while in the building.
