Manga Book Club Update
Manga Book Club update! Manga Book Club will now be Manga & Anime Club and will also be held at the library. We will be reading the first manga in a series and then watching the first episode of the same titled anime to compare the two. Snacks and drinks will also be served.

Peppermint Bark Program
Do you like to cook or bake? Join us on December 20th to make Peppermint Bark! We will be using the library’s new Charlie Cart, which is a compact mobile kitchen. You will learn food safety, how to follow a recipe, how to use kitchen utensils and how to use a stove top!

Building Update - August 2022
The library will close to the public on August 15 so we can begin the process of unpacking 1,400 boxes of materials, receiving furniture and shelving, and setting up our new public areas!

The First Schoolhouse in Lindenhurst
The children of Breslau originally attended school with children of Huntington farmers in a small one-room schoolhouse on Montauk Highway (Breslau/Lindenhurst was originally part of Huntington township, before the founding of Babylon).
